The organizers will schedule the time of shuttle bus departures according to the requests.
Please, note that the transfers from the airport to the hotel will be guaranteed only if the hotel reservation is done through the form (Section "Accommodation"). The prices are according to the number of people using the same shuttle bus. A different number of participants can result in different costs. After your registration, you will be contacted by conference secretary, in order to receive detailed information about your journey.
